How often my carpets should be cleaned?

If you are a pet owner, you are recommended to book our service every 3 to 6 months. For general carpet cleaning on an average use of your carpet, once a year will provide sufficient maintenance to your floor covering. If you are an allergy sufferer, you are advised to opt for a professional service every 6 months.

Will you remove all the stains from my carpet?

We can`t guarantee that we will eliminate very old stains of unknown origin. If the stain has absorbed into the fibres and has changed or damaged the fibre itself, we won`t be able to fully extract it. Some stains can be very difficult or even impossible to remove as they have caused a permanent discolouration to the carpet fibres. Anyway, rest assured that our team will do their best – they will try proven techniques and pre-treat the stains to eliminate them completely.

How long will my carpet take to dry?

A lot of factors determine the drying time. Depending on the thickness of your carpet, air circulation and weather conditions it can take from 4 up to 12 hours but in some rare cases it can take up to 24 hours.

Is it necessary to have Scotchgard protector applied after the cleaning?

You are recommended to take advantage of the service as most carpet manufacturers even require it as part of the warranty on the carpet. It will prolong the effect of the professional carpet cleaning and repel any future spills and stains from penetrating.

Do you move furniture?

If necessary, we will move small pieces of furniture in their original position. However, we will kindly ask you to remove any items, such as toys, scattered on the floor in advance to facilitate the work of our carpet cleaners.

We operate Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays at NO extra costs.

Do I need to be there all the time?

No, you do not. It is always helpful to be present at the beginning of the cleaning for our hourly based services, as explaining your cleaning priorities will induce better results. It is recommended that you are there at the end to inspect results and pay.

What happens if I cannot be at the property on the day of cleaning?

We understand that our clients run on a tough schedule just as we do. We could pick up keys, initiate a clean and organize payment by distance in order to make your cleaning experience easier.

How do I pay?

You pay directly to the cleaning team in cash, once cleaning is completed, or you make a bank transfer upon issue of invoice. No deposit is required in advance.

Are there any additional fees?

The only additional fee might be that for parking, when our teams arrive in our fully equipped vans. We do not calculate parking fee in the price, as we wish to avoid overcharging those clients, who can provide a free parking space or a permit.

Do you have a cancellation fee or a deposit?

Do you guarantee your End of tenancy cleaning?

Our End of tenancy service is guaranteed 48 hours after completion. The best way to produce high quality results is to schedule your inventory check or inspection right after the cleaning, so we could return to the property for a free re-clean, in case any omissions are spotted.
